4. Payments and project changes
The payment schedule is stated in the proposal or contract. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed and priced separately before it begins. A project change may affect both the timeline and the total price.
5. Intellectual property
After all agreed payments have been made, the client receives the rights to the final materials created specifically for the project, as stated in the proposal or contract. Third-party fonts, plugins, software, images and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms.
